Bands are one of the creative fields that are constantly trying to get attention of fans and record labels. Many bands will try just about anything to get their passion off the ground. However, many are going about it the wrong way, and investing in methods that are not the most tried and true.
If no one is commenting, then it is fairly obvious it is because the content being posted on the page is boring. Usually when I take a look through their wall feed, the content is just a lot of posts saying something like….
If you don’t have any unique content to share, set up a time each day to simply focus on taking pictures to share. It can be shots of your products, your office, employees, etc. If it relates to your brand and business, take an interesting shot of it and edit it to your liking and share.
A picture is worth a thousand words, and they will quite often create a lot of interaction on your page. Particularly if you can find something that is a little bit different and it makes people laugh or smile. Crack out those smart phones again for this one, and my favorite app that will let you add filters and effects to make that picture just a little bit different is följare.
No they are not sent by alien civilizations and they also fail in some of their endeavors. They just seem to have a little of every talent needed, have 101% gusto to do what they do, and have a laser-guided focus to achieve their goals.
Mistake 2. Spreading yourself too thin. Many people are spreading themselves out too thinly among too many social media platforms. People with high Klout scores seem to focus their efforts in one, two, or three primary networks. You can achieve a high Klout score from being really involved in a single platform. In the past, Klout was heavily influenced by Twitter and heavy tweeters had higher score. Not so any more.
Surely your company has more interesting things to post than just your lunch every day. Unless you are a chef or restaurant owner displaying your piece of work, I would abstain from food pics.
