In commercial and retail real estate, the cold calling process is quite important to building your market share. Many agents and salespeople struggle with the cold calling process and the necessary mindset to make it work. In the end they will avoid making cold calls at every opportunity. That then produces a slower growth of market share and territory development.
The reason your Person/Strawman is created is mainly to enslave you. You see, you were created by your parents/nature/God – not the Government. So the government has no authority over YOU the commercial contract law living breathing being and consciousness that is really You because it is not the creator of this. So the State creates the Person/Strawman and then does it’s best to make us believe that we are it. It of course owns the Person/Strawman since it created it, and by tricking you to agree that you are it, it can control you. This is probably the main reason behind the drive for ID cards.
Active Community Member. A landlord with strong ties to local governments and economic development directors may be able to provide you with specific opportunities that the next landlord will not have, such as knowledge of tax abatements.
Social media platforms are becoming diverse and very active. Some of these platforms are well designed for business connections. You need to make the right choices here so that you do not confuse your clients with your friends on the same platform.
OBreak your Months kommersiella into Weeks and repeat the process. I suggest setting aside time in your plan each month to review your progress and allow for adjustments in the plan.
If you hire subs to haul your overloads, you will need special coverage. It’s called “Hired and Non-owned Auto Liability”. This coverage can be added to your commercial auto policy. Look at your policy. See if you have this coverage. If you get confused, call your broker. They will check your policy and tell you.
Utilize every tool and resource that you have to get the tasks under control and streamlined. That will include email, database, telephone, mobile phone, and don’t forget time management. Time is the one resource that makes all the difference with everything else.
This process is called “Chunking Down.” If you do this, and really, really focus on setting aside that special time for your “Important-High Priority” activities every day (OK … we’ll allow you some flexibility!), you have to succeed. It’s a wonderfully simple process and if combined with easy to see visual references, it will catapult you to success in whatever you choose to accomplish. This applies to commercial real estate investing, as well as your personal life. Consistency and focus is an unbeatable combination.
