A child’s birthday should be a very memorable event. There are many factors to consider when planning a birthday party. One must consider the age of the child, the location of the party, the party theme, the guest list, party favors, the food, and the entertainment.
The most important thing about making the giant cupcake pan is to find some appropriate dishes from around the house. The bottom of the cupcake can be made with ordinary pans. Use two or three ordinary, round cake pans to create the bottom for the finished cake. To make the top, though, you might have to use your imagination a little more! Set one of the round pans on the table then set about trying to find a bowl, pot, punch bowl or other object that will fit over the pan. Some candy dishes can fit the bill or even certain pans. An upside-down bowl will often work fine. The bowl should extend beyond the round cake pan so that the top of the cupcake is much larger than the bottom.
Color and Create – The more colorful it is, the better it will taste! At least kids seem to think so! Let kids color and decorate their own cookies or cupcakes using assorted frostings and food colorings, sprinkles, mini M & M’s, chocolate morsels, CBD gummies, etc.
The Bogey Hole is an iconic rock pool that was carved into the rock platform by convict labour in 1819. It is a popular swimming hole to locals that remains secret to most visitors. A perfect place to cool down in summer, but be warned it is quite popular on a summer afternoon. It is a 10 minute walk south of Newcastle Beach along the Bather’s Way.
Bar Beach is a very popular family beach. It is patrolled every day of the year and there is a sheltered rock pool that has calmer waters that is perfect for children. It has sheltered picnic tables, free BBQs, a kiosk and change room facilities. It is a 5 minute drive from the Newcastle CBD with plenty of free parking.
Board the train from Brisbane to Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast. There you will find some of the best beaches in the world. It is also home to the tallest building in Australia called Q1 which stands over 320 metres. If you are brave take a ride in the elevator to the top of Q1 and enjoy a meal, have you photo taken hanging off the side of Q1 and watch a movie in the highest cinema in Australia on the 80th floor. The 360 degree viewing deck is unbelievable. You can actually look down on the helicopters flying pass. The shopping on the Gold Coast is world class and there is an abundance of quality accommodation and entertainment available. I love staying at the Marriot Surfers Paradise.
Add the chopped greens, along with the onion and remaining garlic, to undrained bacon. For the healthy version, omit bacon and use olive oil from stage one. Add water and salt. Stir until all ingredients are coated and mixed, then lower to modest heat (about 4 on electric stove) and slow cook with lid shut. Stir as needed. Greens are most tender when cooked slowly over a longer period, for it not only allows the flavors to fuse, but the leaves to tenderize. Enjoy with a potato/carrot AuGratin and baked chicken with Asaigo cheese for a flavorful night.
